We are an online store operating out of Johannesburg, South Africa.

We do not currently have a physical store. All our products are only stocked by us, through our website.

We offer standard door to door delivery via private courier for all our orders so you can receive your parcel in the shortest time possible.

We charge a flat fee of R100 delivery per order. 

We have introduced a collection option for a fee of R10. Once your order has been processed, an email will be sent to you, verifying the collection address.

Please allow 1-3 days processing time on all orders, prior to delivery/collection.

Delivery to grey areas take 4-5 working days whilst delivery to main centres take 2-3 working days.

We have included a sizing chart on the product page since each of our garments are cut according to the relevant style. Please feel free to contact us for measurements, should a size chart not be available.

If an item is deemed popular, we may introduce the option to back order items. Since our items are only of the best quality and we source all materials ourselves, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery once the back order date indicated on the product page has passed.

We allow refunds/exchanges for up to 3 days only, once an item is delivered/collected. All garments must be returned in its original packaging with the tags still attached. Garments sent for exchange/return without the necessary tags will, for hygienic reasons, not be refunded or exchanged. All costs incurred incurred for exchanges/refunds is at the cost of the customer.

We try to make this process as seamless as possible for you and have included sizing charts on all most of our product pages. If you have an issue after receiving your products, please email us at team@babayasouthafrica.co.za within 1-2 days of delivery.
